These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GOFU mobile application and related services (“GOFU”, “the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About GOFU

GOFU is a digital tool designed to help shop owners and small businesses organize invoices, monitor expenses, and gain visibility into cash flow. GOFU is a support tool only and does not replace professional accounting, auditing, tax, legal, or financial advisory services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to manage the business data you upload.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

4. Data Upload, Storage & Retention

GOFU may apply limits on document count, storage size, and retention period based on your plan. Documents may be archived or deleted after the retention period. Users are encouraged to export their data regularly.

5. Data Accuracy & OCR Disclaimer

GOFU may use automated technologies (including OCR and AI). Extracted data may contain errors. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all data.

6. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

GOFU may offer free trials. After the trial, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the App Store or Google Play.

7. Acceptable Use

Users must not misuse the App, abuse system resources, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

8. Service Availability

GOFU is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted service.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Users may request account deletion at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

GOFU is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Liability is limited to the amount paid during the last billing period, where applicable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
